The Research Data Alliance (RDA) was formed in 2013 as an international community for data sciences, promoting access, reusability, and openness. The initiative was originally composed of “the European Commission, the United States Government’s National Science Foundation and National Institute of Standards and Technology, and the Australian Government’s Department of Innovation with the goal of building the social and technical infrastructure to enable open sharing and re-use of data” (RDA, 2016).

Join us in celebrating the RDA’s 10th anniversary during “A Decade of Data” in 2023.

From February to November of 2023, RDA will hold monthly events, each with a different theme.
